Lasso tool → quick mask → brush tool to clean up edges

Graph icon in bottom left menu → right click on position of image, can add keyframe key ease effect

Toggle switches mode at bottom left panel, to use PS filters

Make sure not to check the boxes when importing assets into After Effects
