For week 1’s cut-out assignment, I decided to create a continuous floral design made from simple shapes rotating in a circle, with cut-outs made from intersecting points.

While playing around with some shapes, I had some difficulties figuring out the x, y coordinates in the plane after using the Riso.cutout() method.

Somehow, after using the Riso.cutout() method, the blue layer moves to the bottom left.
